Important Upcoming Dates:
CMAS Testing
The chance for Bruce students to show how much they have grown this school year begins next week. Please make sure your student is bringing their charged chrome book each day. They are getting enough sleep each evening and that they are at school in time for breakfast each morning. Below is the schedule:
April 9th – 8th and 11th grade science CMAS, student support for students w/ D’s and F’s in all other grades. Students will have an early release @12:55pm, buses at 1:30pm to allow for lunch
April 10th – MS CMAS testing, regular classes for HS
April 11th – MS CMAS testing, regular classes for HS
April 16th – PSAT/SAT for 9-11, CMAS for 6-8, graduation preparation – 12th grade – early release @ 12:25, bus @ 1pm to allow for lunch
Attendance
Please encourage your student to be at class each day. It is important as we complete testing and wrap up the school year that students are in class each day to maximize their learning. We are 1% below our average at this point last year.
Unified Improvement Plan (UIP) Development
We are currently working on developing our improvement plan for the 25-26 school year. We will discuss this as part of our CSC meeting on April 17th. All families are welcome and we would value your input. The meeting will take place from 5-6pm.

Connect for Success Visit
We recently had a group from Connect for Success visit Bruce as part of a $180,000 grant to improve academic outcomes for Bruce students. Would you be willing to take a few minutes to complete the family feedback survey to help us make sure we are including your thoughts as we think about how we utilize this money to best support.
