As your Denver Kids Educational SEL Counselor, I will meet with my caseload of students at least twice a month to provide 1:1 social-emotional counseling, academic support, college and career exploration, and other enrichment activities. I regularly
communicate with my students’ families and occasionally conduct home visits.
Prior to working at Denver Kids, I was a 6th Social Studies teacher in Durham, North Carolina. In my free time, I love to hike, bake new recipes, and work on punch needling.
