Access to technology is a fundamental right, a learning necessity, and supports our aim for every DPS student to become digitally literate. DPS is committed to liberating teaching and learning through culturally responsive and inclusive integration of technology and library resources.
The MyTech program is a key component of that mission.The MyTech program is modeled on the successful experiences of other U.S school districts, and on research indicating that student outcomes improve when a one-to-one implementation is thoughtfully planned and executed.
Through MyTech, students receive district Chromebooks and resources to access the Internet, when needed, to use at school and home. Teachers receive digital coaching support to focus on further integrating digital resources into their classroom instructional practices and in personalizing their work with individual students.
