If you or anyone you know is interested in becoming a paraprofessional educator for the 2023-24 school year, we are still hiring! Discovery Day @ CSU Pueblo
Join us for Discovery Day at CSU Pueblo on March 9th or April 13th! Students will have an opportunity to explore our academic programs, clubs, tour the campus, and so much more!  We are hopeful to support student transportation down to Pueblo to come find out how wonderful studying and living in southern Colorado might be for students! Click here for more to register and learn more about the March 9th Discovery Day. Click here for the April 13th registration.

Social Media Safety Training
The Family of Community Engagement is offering a Social Media Safety for Families Workshop on March 12 from 5-6 p.m. This session will provide resources and tips for families on the dangers of social media and how to help students stay safe and smart online. Families will gain valuable information and collaborate with other families on technology safety solutions. We will launch an interactive training module for DPS families as well to use after this session and receive certification they have completed the training. Families can learn more and RSVP here. Questions can be directed to Jasmine Rigby.

Grizzly Fun Night
Hey 6th-10th Grade Bruce students! Join us on Thursday, March 21st from 4:30-7pm for Grizzly Fun Night in the Cafeteria! We will have a dance, games in the gym and pizza/pop in the atrium. Students that have no more than 2 Fs, 85% attendance or higher, and no behavior referrals/suspensions may participate. The cost is $3 and you will get 1 slice of pizza and 1 soda, snacks will also be sold! Please sign up here.

Testing
The CMAS, SAT and PSAT testing will begin in April. We will begin to practice and prepare for these tests in classes. Please encourage your students to do their best as they prepare so they can do their best on the exams.


February Highlights


QDOBA Fundraiser

Get your QDOBA cravings ready and head to the Qdoba off of 9135 Northfield Blvd next Wednesday, March 13th from 4-8pm! This is a fundraiser for Bruce Randolph and 25% of sales will be donated back to our school! Make sure to scan the QR code on this flyer at the restaurant.

8th Grade Continuation Information

Make sure to mark your calendars and save the date for June 3rd, 2024!

We can’t wait to celebrate our rising Bruce Randolph freshmen! 8th Grade Continuation will take place in the Bruce Randolph Gym. Continuation reception will follow in the cafeteria post ceremony for all students and families!

**students must adhere to their 8th Grade continuation contract in order to participate in the ceremony.
