A reminder that this Thursday May 16th Community Hubs will have the Denver Health Mobile Clinic at the Central Community Hub (at Swansea Elementary School 4650 Columbine street Denver CO 80216). Denver residents and families can receive services using their current insurance or based on a sliding scale.
